Art In The Park Yoga Series

A free outdoor yoga class open to all experience levels, background styles, and body types. Held in close partnership with the local park civic league, participants practice physical alignment and mental relaxation techniques under the trees. Attendees should bring their own personal yoga mat or towel. Free registration is easily accessible online via Zeffy.
