A free community wellness and cooking class series hosted by the Cone Health Center for Health Equity in partnership with the Greensboro Public Library and Second Harvest Foods. The event features free on-site mobile health screenings, one-on-one consultations with a registered dietitian, complimentary fresh vegetables to take home, and budget-friendly grocery shopping tips paired with healthy recipes. Registration is appreciated but walk-ins are welcome.
