Lunar Rising Moon Salutations

An intermediate-level yoga class intentionally designed to welcome the full moon. Participants will be guided through a soothing physical warm-up before moving into a traditional Chandra Namaskar (moon salutation) series that smoothly transitions from deep, slow, held poses to a more fluid, faster-paced flow. The class concludes with a relaxing savasana meditation focused on the night's moon cycle. It is led by Amanda, a licensed massage therapist, RYT200, and the founder of Lunar Rising Wellness LLC, who holds advanced certifications in Yin and Restorative yoga styles.
