Guided by professional kitchen talent, amateur chefs learn to sear and reduce a thyme and Dijon encrusted pork tenderloin dressed in a vibrant apple cider pan reduction. The session also covers side pairings including a roasted baby potato mix tossed with brown butter and fresh sage, a shaved Brussels sprout and apple salad, and a sweet glazed apple cider cake to close out the night.
