Open-mic StorySLAM with The Moth and KCUR

An open-mic storytelling competition where participants step up to share true, personal, five-minute stories based on a chosen theme completely without notes. The theme for this event centers around stories about embracing every aspect of the holiday season, from hectic family gatherings to deep nostalgia. Audience members can sign up at the venue to tell a story or simply sit back and watch. Tickets go on sale online three weeks prior, and venue seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited tickets potentially available at the door on the night of the event.
