Jacksonville Congenital Heart Walk

This family-friendly outdoor event fosters connection, remembrance, and hope, ensuring no one faces congenital heart defects alone. Funds raised support The Children's Heart Foundation, which has financed research for three decades to drive breakthrough advances, improve outcomes, and help children with CHD grow up to achieve their dreams.
