Howl & Growl: Halloween Fun for Pets & People

A vibrant, pet-friendly Halloween block party that brings the community together for local animal rescue. The afternoon features pet and human costume contests spread across multiple humorous and creative categories. Attendees can look forward to trick-or-treating, visiting local vendors, and checking out adoptable pets from local shelters. Admission is completely free, though donations for contest registration directly benefit neighborhood animal nonprofits.
